Collecting Resources is a process mostly done by [[away-teams|Away Teams]] in a colony.

Away Teams have [[away-teams-missions|a mission]] and a destination.

They also benefit from their [[exode-teams-specialization|team specialization]] and [[exode-teams-member-roles|member roles]] to better locate and collect resources such as [[resource-food-items|food items]], [[resource-ore|ore]], [[resource-minerals|minerals]] and to capture [[resource-wildlife|wildlife]] and [[resource-plantlife|plantlife]].

Once they come back to the [[your-colony|colony]], their findings are added to the colony's [[permanent-storage|permanent storage]].
