It is the only way to hire the services of the Corporate Bodyguard and Nash, the Expert.

It is also the only way for non-civilians to use the Kormen Cargo Starship whose cargo capacity is legendary.

There isn't a lot to the corporate faction in the Alpha edition – but there certainly will be a lot more as time goes on!
