All people in Space Federation receive a strong indoctrination including reciting federal anthems, studying history & values only from the federal point of view, positioning rebels as terrorists and very bad people, supporting police force efforts to trample opposition, etc.

Despite all the advantages to being protected by the Federation, there are also significant downsides. Thus, the indoctrination (education) process may fail at times or be superseded by membership in a stronger group. The majority of citizens are most strongly influenced by their reaction to Federal indoctrination and are best described by that. The rest are best described by the groups that they belong to. Group members are always given a trait of the name of the group.

    2. Criminal - 8%
