EXODE Planet
The EXODE Planet is a Planet NFT created with thousands of unique random parameters.
In many cases, every single one of these parameters alone has an outstanding impact on useful exploitation by the player.
It is planned that all these combined - and combined to the various areas of utility to EXODE, from food to weaponry to ammo to ship modules or happiness - also mean that there is always something very interesting and unique to discover and to do on a planet.
Basic parameters
Basic parameters include planet size and planet type, temperature, light, comfort and danger levels.
Planets also receive a number of seasons, a number of regions, each made of their own landscape type and a number of sectors.
Some sectors are also eligible landing sites, and already used in scanning to try to land according to their landing difficulty.
The planet is then populated with a number of wildlife, vegetation life (called plantlife), ore and planet-minerals, each generated with tens or hundreds of individual parameters, especially regarding research and their biofragments and chemfragments
These are only the “relevant” ones.
More wildlife, such as attacking creatures or as part of infestation dangers, can also be generated and associated with the permanent dangers when they are generated.
An additional secret region is also hidden and to be revealed only when the player will have explored all existing regions to 100 percent.
Advanced Parameters
Some attributes are esthetic, such as the planet's color palette or the individual animation patterns of the planetary globe.
But a number of additional values are also created, called “the thirty-two variants”.
These numbers are to be used and combined to determine a large number of binary additions to the current template, using their binary interpretation even as they are larger integers.
Loot tables are also created to determine a large set of readily usable unique food and unique materials only pertaining to this planet.
These food and material items will be used ever since the very first days of your colonization and are thus very important for gameplay and player experience.
